Late Drop Off Policy
We respect your time and try to get your pet finished in a timely manner. We ask that you respect our staff's time as well. You will be considered late after fifteen minutes without a phone call. We may refuse services due to other pets needing our services. We understand we are in a high traffic area and that is why we allow a 15 minute grace period. If you are running late, please call us and let us know.
Rabies Vaccinations
Proof of rabies vaccination is required for all new customers. Expired rabies vaccinations will need to be updated on all new and existing customers before we can continue services.

Late Pick Up Policy
Our hours of operation are Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday, & Sat. 7:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. and Wed. 7:30 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. If you cannot pick up before close, please let the staff know. There will be a late fee of $5/every 15 minutes you are late added to your invoice.

Matted Pet Policy
Due to matting, your dog's hair may need to be shaved extremely short to the skin and may show signs of skin irritation. The process may be long, stressful, and even painful. The only humane way to handle matted fur that is resting tightly on the skin, is to shave it. Brushing mats on the skin may cause skin tears, brush burn, and extreme irritation. We will notify you of this before shaving your pet. If you pet has mats not attached to the skin, we will gladly comb them out, however a fee may apply as this is a tedious and lengthy process.
